Shipping

I try to send out items via Royal Mail 1st class where possible. In some occasions either due to customer request or order value items may be sent via a tracked or signed for service.

Orders containing only leaf cuttings will be dispatched with 2nd class service via Royal Mail. 

I'm currently unable to ship plants outside of the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are displayed on checkout.

Refunds & Cancellations

We're here to help. If you have any issues either with shipping or when your plant arrives please get in touch. We also include a free care guide with every order.

Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee returns for plants or leaf cuttings due to these being perishable items. However, if you do experience any issues please get in touch info@basingsucculents.co.uk and we'll do our best to help. 

We will accept returns for non-perishable items such as plant pots, however we are unable to accept returns for any items outside of the United Kingdom.
